Stories of life and the getting there
Would you allow your 4 year old to dress herself? Here's a warning if you would... Yes those are socks over her tights.

I would. I will. But, thank you for the warning. It is very sobering. I have filed this image away in my memory.
She is too cute. Love her choice of an outfit
It looks like her shoes are on the right feet! She's getting there. She looks adorable no matter how she dresses.
HAHA.. cute! love her shoes. Caleb got new shoes last night. I may blog about it later.. he was so excited...
That's a pretty cute outfit. :) The only thing that could have made it better is if the socks had Tinker Bell on them. Way to go, Providence!
That is so funny. She did a pretty darn good job! I will definitely remember that warning! Luckily Ashley is only 2 1/2 and doesn't care what she wears yet. I'm thankful for however long that lasts!
I used to dress just like that back in the 80's--and it was COOL! For an added bonus, I also wore a belt around my t-shirt and had red leg warmers.
I let my daughter dress herself every morning...and it's pretty wicked to say the least.
I've had to let go of alot....
Wyatt's favorite is his red striped pirate pants. I have kids asking me if it is Halloween all the time.
Thanks for the warning!!
See! This is the kind of practical advice a mom-to-be needs!!!
although, she does look adorable!
She looks adorable Lis,
FREEDOM!!!! Love it! She's adorable, and my 3 year old is following close behind. "Am I beautiful?" Always. Beautiful and delighted in...as Providence so obviously is by you. Hugs to you both!
I think its fantastic. Let her do it.
I let Anna dress herself EVERYDAY... although sometimes I do have to make "small" changes like tank tops on a snowy day:)
I was really hesitant about letting her out in public in some of her outfits.... but I've come to let it go and let her create her ouwn "style" :) There are only a few years you can enjoy wearing what you want before you realize you stick out and don't wuite match:) So she might as well enjoy them to the fullest:)
BTW... I think Providence did pretty weLL:)
In her defense, it's probably getting cold, and doubling up on the foot coverings is very practical ;-)
she looks wonderful
I don't get it. Is there somthing wrong with the way she's dressed?
