Umm, Yeah

My car was charged, my car won't start, something else is the matter.

Thats sad. I hope it isn't anything bad. I keep my fingers crossed that mine will hold on for a long time.

Jim says to have someone check the water content in the battery. Also, a dead battery will take a charge, but will lose it's charge when you try to start the car. Check to make sure battery cables are not loose or corroded, making the connection bad. Maybe Aaron could take it to an auto store and have it checked to see if it needs replacing. If it's the battery, the car would try to start if someone gave you a jump. If not the battery, could be the starter. Is your battery six years old?
